2026 3M Sales Program Sherwin-Williams – District Sales Managers

CONTEST OVERVIEW: 

 The 3M 2026 Sales Contest is for Sherwin-Williams District Sales Managers and select District Managers in The Paint Stores Group (PSG) towards increasing sales of select 3M products to PSG customers during the time frame of June 1st – September 6th, 2026.

CONTEST DETAILS: 

One (1) PSG District Sales Manager (or District Manager in a District without a DSM) winner per division will have the opportunity to select one package from an offering of travel packages provided by 3M. 

 

Contest Eligibility- Winners will: – 

- Be a District Sales Manager (or District Manager in a District without Sales Managers) 

- Be in position throughout the entirety of the contest period 

- Have the highest 3M sales $ on qualifying contest SKUs 

- To support our current priority of growing new accounts, sales made to new accounts (opened during 2026) will be counted twice towards the results 

- Have minimum of $50,000 for your territory roll up during the contest period 

Have a minimum of 5% sales dollar increase YOY of qualifying 3M products for their Rep Rollup

Redemption: 

- Sherwin-Williams will determine results based on Microstrategy reporting 

- Winners will be identified within 30 days of the contest end date 

- 3M will coordinate redemption directly with the winners 

- A selection of currently available prizes can be found at www.2026paintsalescontest.com 

- You must redeem, or confirm intent to claim, the price and provide the accompanying information by 12/15/2026 

- Upon redemption you have until 12/31/2027 to select and take your trip ​

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES: 

- The 2026 3M Sales Contest incentive contest is separate from any Sherwin-Williams 2026 DSM / DM Incentive Plan. 

- Income Taxes: IRS tax laws require that the fair market value of the trip be reported as compensation, and a W-2 will be provided by 3M or its affiliates. 

- Acceptance of Prize and Release: Upon confirmation of winning a prize package, the District Manager or Sales Manager must sign and return an Acceptance of Prize and Release before the prize will be awarded.
