CONTEST OVERVIEW:

2026 3M Sales Program Sherwin-Williams – Paint Stores Group CAD
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The 3M 2026 Sales Program is for Sherwin-Williams Sales Representatives in Paint Stores Group (PSG) towards increasing sales of select 3M products to PSG customers during the time frame of June 1st – September 6th, 2026.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
Two (2) unique CAD PSG Sales Representative within the division will have the opportunity to select one travel package from those offered by 3M.
Program Eligibility – To be eligible to win, a Sales Representative must:
- Be in their role through the entire contest period.
- Sell a minimum of $7,500 of qualifying products during the contest period – CAD
- Increase sales on these qualifying 3M products a minimum of 10% YOY during the contest period
Winner Qualifications:
• Sales Dollar Winner (1): The Sales Representatives with the highest sales $ during the Program period that meet the eligibility requirements will win one package of their choice from 3M.
- To support our current priority of growing new accounts, sales made to new accounts (opened during 2026) will be counted twice towards the results
• % Sales Gain Winner (1): The Sales Representatives with the highest % dollar sales gain YOY during the Program period that meet the eligibility requirements will win one package of their choice from 3M.
- To support our current priority of growing new accounts, sales made to new accounts (opened during 2026) will be counted twice towards the results
• Tiebreaker: In the event a tie, the winning territory would be the one with the largest number of accounts who purchased 3M during the program period that had not previously purchased any 3M products
Redemption:
- Sherwin-Williams will determine results based on Microstrategy reporting
- Winners will be identified within 30 days of the contest end date
- 3M will coordinate redemption through a 3rd party directly with the winners

- You must redeem, or confirm the intent to claim, the prize and provide the accompanying information by 12/15/2026
- Upon redemption you have until 12/31/2027 to select and take your desired trip
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- The 2026 3M Sales Program incentive Program is separate from any Sherwin-Williams 2026 Sales Rep Incentive Plan.
- Income Taxes: IRS tax laws require that the fair market value of the trip be reported as compensation, and a W-2 will be provided by 3M or its affiliates.
- Acceptance of Prize and Release: Upon confirmation of winning a prize package, the Sales Representative must sign and return an Acceptance of Prize and Release before the prize will be awarded.
- In the event a Sales rep is qualifying as the winner for both Volume and % Sales Gain they will be awarded as the Volume winner, and the % Sales Gain would go to the next qualifying rep.
